Easy Payment Plan

This plan spreads your heating costs over 11 months, beginning in July. Monthly payment is based on two-year average of prior gallons used, or by a heat calculation on a new account. Your monthly payments are due by the end of each month. There are many benefits:

• Your Easy Pay monthly payment coupons are convenient and easy to use.
• Your monthly payments can be made automatically on your credit card.
• You will receive a 5-cent per gallon discount on all gallons purchased during this heating season.
• Enrollees in our Easy Pay Plan will be on automatic delivery, so you do not have to worry about calling in your fuel order or possible run outs.

The Easy Pay Plan deliveries begin on May 16th and end on May 15th of the following year. Your payments will begin in July and end in May. All Easy Pay plans that are paid up by June of the season receive a 5-cent per gallon discount.

CAP Price Protection Plan

This plan enables you to guarantee that your price of Bioheat® Fuel or Propane will not exceed a certain level throughout the heating season.

• There is an annual, non-refundable enrollment fee to secure your capped price, which in turn is used to purchase your price protection through our broker.
• Enrollees in our CAP Plan will be on automatic delivery, so you do not have to worry about calling in your fuel order or possible run outs.
• This plan is for residential customers using Bioheat® Fuel or Propane.
• This plan is a win-win situation as you have the peace of mind throughout the heating season that you will always pay the lesser of either our daily posted price or the capped price; you no longer are subject to price spikes.
• You can also link CAP plan to our Easy Pay plan for a convenient monthly plan.
• 5 cent per gallon discount.

Prompt Pay Discount

You can claim a 5 cent per gallon discount for payments made within seven days of delivery.
